I am basically an invalid for the past 3 years due to severe spinal stenosis and fractured vertebrae in my lower spine. I've been on very heavy pain killers from my pain doctor. The only place I can sit somewhat comfortably is in my power lift chair/recliner with my legs up and my back tilted in a semi-reclining position.
